Arkadiusz Korzeniewski

Arkadiusz Korzeniewski is a Polish qualified advocate and partner in the Dispute Resolution Department in the Warsaw office of CMS Cameron McKenna.

Arkadiusz specializes in litigation and arbitration issues. His practice includes representing clients in proceedings before Polish civil, criminal and administrative courts and domestic and international arbitration tribunals. His sector experience includes representing banks, construction, energy and insurance companies. He has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes and has unique experience in resolving disputes between shareholders, in particular in cases concerning resolutions of shareholders’ meetings’. In addition, he has advised and represented clients in criminal proceedings.

Prior to joining CMS Cameron McKenna Arkadiusz was a partner in the Warsaw office of White&Case and a member of the Warsaw Bar.

Arkadiusz is the author of publications on arbitration issues. He speaks fluent English and has basic knowledge of Italian.
