Kirsty Macdonald joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2004 and qualified into the pensions department in 2006, having spent six months there as a trainee solicitor.
Kirsty advises trustees and employers on general pensions issues, benefit design, scheme mergers and the pensions aspects of corporate transactions. She also advises on litigation matters and Ombudsman investigations.
Kirsty is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
Education:
MA in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh. Awarded a commendation for the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and a distinction for the Legal Practice Course by the College of Law in London.
