Katarzyna Dulewicz is a Partner heading up the Employment Team in Warsaw. She also co-ordinates CMS Cameron McKenna's Central and Eastern European employment law practice. A qualified Polish legal advisor, she has been working with CMS Cameron McKenna since 1997.
Katarzyna is working exclusively on labour and employment issues, with a transactional and advisory practice specifically related to restructurings, negotiations and senior executive terminations. On a day-to-day basis she provides a wide range of advice to employers on all aspects of employment law and employee benefits schemes. She advises on difficult terminations, aspects of employing management, restructuring of employment, work councils and trade unions. Her experience extends to advising on all aspects of the Labour law in connection with capital transactions (mergers and acquisitions).
Katarzyna is very active in advising clients from selected sector focus groups including Lifescience, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Energy and Utilities and Telecoms.

- An international telecommunication corporation on negotiations with trade unions, internal remuneration and employment bylaws
- An international press company on employment issues related to the sale of press titles, including group redundancies and advice in dealings with trade unions
- An international pharmaceutical corporation on labour law related to the sale of its OTC business, advising on transfer of undertaking issues and employment matters concerning the interim period of the takeover of the business
- An international financial institution on acquisition of a controlling stake in Polish bank, including all aspects of employment relating to current personnel of the bank including trade unions and advice on transfer of undertaking
- An international financial corporation on establishing a new structure of employment for all key staff in CEE and Poland. The matter required flexibility and creativity when establishing a new employment structure and consideration of cross-jurisdiction employment issues
- A recognised energy company on the implementation of a global savings scheme for employees of Polish companies belonging to the group and on incentive schemes for the management
- A multinational manufacturer of household, health care and personal products on labour law issues, related to business transformation aiming at optimisation of the cost and tax structure
