Juan Crosby joined the firm from Australia in 2005. He is a member of the firm’s technology, telecoms and sourcing group and advises on telecoms, sourcing, technology and commercial matters.
Juan has particular experience and expertise in telecommunications and sourcing in the energy and financial services sector and has advised leading energy companies, banks and utilities on such issues. Juan was on secondment with a leading bank last year advising on the introduction of a new international mobile phone banking application, a Global Information Technology Framework Services Agreement with a leading global consultancy services provider, and the re-negotiation of international and domestic courier services agreements.
Juan is has also recently advised on the procurement of a major new dark fibre network and telecommunications services to run on that network for National Grid and led negotiations on the outsourcing of a call centre for a leading CEE bank.
Juan is a member of Intellect, the Society for Computers and Law, and the National Outsourcing Association.
