John Markham is a senior solicitor whose principal areas of expertise and practice are UK and EC competition and merger control law, advising on the competition law compliance implications of all forms of agreement and conduct.
Over a period of more than 10 years, he has advised regularly on competition compliance within the consumer products, lifesciences, construction, financial, energy and communications sectors.
John also has experience of infringement investigations, monopoly/market investigations and the clearance of mergers before the EC and national authorities within this sector.
