John Cadman is a partner in the corporate department in London.
He specialises in M&A transactions for both public and private companies and has experience of takeovers, public to private transactions, private equity and other fund-raisings.
John advises clients in a variety of industry sectors but has particular experience in financial services transactions (notably for insurance and re-insurance clients) and in the food and consumer products sector. John's insurance sector clients include brokers and insurers in both the London and international markets.
John is the editor of Sweet and Maxwell's 4th edition of "Shareholders' Agreements" and has advised numerous clients on joint venture and other consortium arrangements.
