Jason Zemmel is a Partner in our Corporate department and leads our Healthcare group.

Jason advises a wide range of private equity houses, management teams, corporates, investors and advisers on the full range of private equity, M&A, corporate finance and other commercial transactions.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• ABN Amro, disposal of Jessops plc Classic Hospitals, on the acquisition of 10 hospitals and general corporate advice
• Craegmoor Group as advisor to Lloyds TSB Development Capital Limited on its equity investment
• Legal & General Ventures on the acquisition of Integrated Dental Holdings
• National Grid on the £5.8 billion disposal of gas distribution networks
• Paragon Healthcare Group on the disposal of business for £322 million and general corporate advice
• VT Group plc on the various acquisitions and disposals with a total value of over £300 million
