Jason Davies is a finance partner in the Infrastructure & Project Finance Group and acts for funders, consortia and the public sector on a variety of project and structured finance transactions in the UK and overseas.
Jason joined the firm in 1992 as a trainee, qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and became a partner in May 2001. He has specialised in project finance since 1995 and brings to the role a track record of working to financial close on more than 50 PFI/PPP projects.
Jason is the Deputy Sector Head of the Infrastructure & Project Finance Sector Group.
