Iveta Manolova

Iveta is a junior associate in CMS Sofia.  She is a part of the Corporate practice of the office, where she has advised clients on various matters related to corporate structuring and reorganisation and participated in a number of transactions.  In addition to working on corporate assignments, she specialises in employment.

Iveta has advised clients such as Toshiba International Europe on recruitment of staff for a newly established branch office and preparation of internal regulations. She has advised Syngenta Bulgaria in relation to transfer of the local business of its distributor and Medtronic Inc. – in relation to an acquisition to Osteotech Inc.’s Bulgarian subsidiary.

She has provided employment and labour legislation advice to AIG Consumer Finance as well as advice regarding employment contracts, the employee stock option plan and tax structuring of senior level employees’ remuneration packages to a consortium of private equity clients, led by Mid Europa Partners LLP.
