The CMS Hotel Group sponsored the International Hotel Investment Forum 2009 (IHIF) on 9-11 March in Berlin for the 8th year running.  The overarching theme at this years’ IHIF 2009 was "Searching for Deals".  On the second day, Environment Partner Paul Sheridan led the session on Green Law and the impact on hotel investment and Thomas Page, Head of the CMS Cameron McKenna Hotel & Leisure Group, moderated a successful session on Management Agreements.
