Iain coordinates CMS Cameron McKenna's commercial practice across eight countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Based in the firm's Warsaw office, he travels extensively between the firm's offices in the region.
Iain has worked in Central and Eastern Europe since 1991 and lived in the region since 1997. He has helped draft legislation for a number of countries including Poland, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and Russia. He acts for a number of multi-national companies and coordinates advice for them across many jurisdictions.
Iain frequently speaks at conferences and appears in the press.
