Harriet Munro

Harriet specialises in Professional Indemnity claims, particularly in the construction sector.  She has advised on claims involving architects, engineers, contractors, project managers and surveyors in mediation, court, arbitration and adjudication.  She also presents to industry sector bodies, such as the RICS and RIAS on risk management topics.

Harriet qualified in Scotland, where she worked for 6 years advising on construction and construction PI disputes.  She then spent 4 years at CMS Cameron McKenna in London where she advised on PI, property and CAR/EAR claims.  Harriet returned to Scotland in March 2008 and is now based in CMS Cameron McKenna’s Edinburgh office.  She was promoted to partner in November 2010.  She continues to work closely with our teams in London and Bristol and is in London every month for meetings with Insurers and colleagues.
