Grzegorz Kuderski is a qualified Polish advocate in the Dispute Resolution Department of CMS Cameron McKenna in Warsaw. He specialises in court disputes in the fields of economic law, construction law, criminal law and intellectual property law. He is experienced in representing economic entities in cases conducted within the framework of international arbitration proceedings. Grzegorz has acted in cases related to appealing against resolutions of meetings of partners or shareholders and numerous criminal proceedings related to acting to the detriment of companies, partners and contracting parties. Grzegorz has represented banks with regard to the settlement of cash pooling agreements and currency options. He is experienced in bankruptcy proceedings, including secondary bankruptcy conducted in compliance with EU provisions. Grzegorz has also conducted cases related to the performance of long-term construction contracts as well as cases related to appealing against tender procedures aimed at choosing the best offer and annulling contracts executed within tenders. Grzegorz has acted in one of the largest disputes in Poland concerning power supplies and mutual settlements between a power plant and power recipients. He is also experienced in matters related to plane leasing.
Prior to joining CMS Cameron McKenna, Grzegorz cooperated for many years with another international law firm.

Education
Grzegorz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the College of Law of London in Great Britain. He has completed English and European law studies at the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw.
