Eva is a US and Hungarian qualified partner based in London, with extensive experience in the UK, the U.S. and Central & Eastern Europe. Eva focuses her international practice on corporate matters in Central and Eastern Europe and advises clients which include private equity funds, corporates, financial institutions, investment banks and energy companies. Her major areas of work cover cross-border private and public company mergers & acquisitions, privatizations, private equity & venture capital investments, joint ventures, restructurings, general corporate and commercial matters, as well as equity capital markets transactions with a focus on emerging markets, in particular Central & Eastern Europe.

Mergers & Acquisitions
- Dubai International Financial Centre Investments LLC on its £200 million acquisition of SmartStream Group from TA Associates and the financing of the investment.
- Renaissance Capital in relation to the divestiture of its interests in a number of its group companies.
Infrastructure
- The Consortium of Aeroporto di Venezia Marco Polo S.p.A (SAVE) and Barclays Bank in relation to the consortium’s bid for a majority shareholding interest in Exeter and Devon Airport Limited.
- Aéroports de Montreal Capital Inc. in relation to its participation, as an investor and equity sponsor, in the Budapest Ferihegy International Airport Project (the construction and development of the current Terminal 2B).
Energy
- Acciona Energia in relation to its proposed investment in a UK offshore wind farm project.
Private Equity
- Advent International-led private equity group in relation to its acquisition of, and subsequent exit through a combined global offering from, SYNERGON, a Hungarian IT company.
Corporate Finance and Capital Markets
- Various European companies and special purpose vehicles of funds in relation to their Regulation S and Rule 144A offerings and the listing of their securities on the London Stock Exchange or other European stock exchanges.
- Credit Suisse, as underwriter, in relation to the underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares of Corporate Office Properties Trust.
- Hungarian National Savings Bank (“OTP”), a major Central European retail bank, in relation to its Regulation S and Rule 144A offerings, as well as the listing of the securities on the Budapest and Luxembourg Stock Exchanges.
Privatisations
- The Post and Telecommunication Company of Kosovo ("PTK") on its corporatisation and restructuring in readiness for privatisation by the Kosovo Trust Agency.
- The consortium of RWE Aqua of Germany and Lyonnaise des Eaux of France in relation to its investment in Budapest Waterworks through a competitive auction process.
