Duncan Weston Wins Second Term as CMS Managing Partner

Duncan Weston has been re-elected as the Managing Partner of CMS Cameron McKenna LLP for a further four years with effect from 1 May 2012. Duncan became a partner in the firm in 1996, becoming the Practice Group Manager of Central & Eastern Europe in 2004. His first term as Managing Partner began in 2008.

In addition, London-based Corporate partner, Louise Wallace has been appointed to the CMS Executive Committee, which sets the strategy of CMS. Louise has been a partner since 1997. She sits on the firm’s Board and is head of the Consumer Products sector group.

Duncan Weston said: "I am honoured to have been re-elected for the next four years, which will be crucial for the development of the firm. We will continue to focus on our clients, our European offering and our industry sector expertise. I am delighted to have the chance to continue working with Dick Tyler as Senior Partner. I am also pleased that Louise will be joining me on the CMS Executive Committee. Her input, as someone who is in the frontline with clients, will be very valuable."

Managing Partners of CMS Cameron McKenna are appointed for terms of four years, with a maximum tenure of two terms.
