• Acting in evaluating claims in distressed/insolvent situations in various jurisdictions in order to assist a bank in its trading decisions. 
• Advising on the trading of litigation rights in different jurisdictions, acting in major Commercial Court litigation arising out of a dispute relating to a distressed debt trade
• Acting in High Court proceedings arising out of the largest ever UK documentary credits fraud
• Defending an action by a customer alleging a breach of FSA regulations arising out of his Forex trading
• Working with an Irish bank to successfully limit its loss caused by a major real estate fraud
