CMS Cameron McKenna's dispute resolution team works across each of the firm's dedicated industry sectors. With around 40 partners and 270 associates in dispute teams in London, Bristol, Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest, Kyiv, Moscow, Prague, Sofia and Warsaw offices, we have one of the largest litigation teams in Europe. The team is likely to grow further and we intend to build our relationship with CMS.

Our multi-disciplined team are experts in handling the largest and most complex of claims, domestic and international. We advise on all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, specialist strategic advice on avoiding disputes as well as expert determination and adjudication and litigation. Our industry sector knowledge and wide geographic presence covers a number of cross-border issues in areas from intellectual property disputes to product liability and professional negligence.

We also have extensive experience in obtaining judicial assistance in support of foreign proceedings and enforcing foreign judgments and arbitral awards. We advise clients on managing risk issues, particularly arising from standard terms of business, corporate structure and guarantee/ indemnity arrangements, to identify, and hopefully avoid, potentially contentious issues and risks long before any dispute is contemplated or escalated.
