Discipline and Grievance Issues Guide

To widespread jubilation, the much-disliked statutory dispute resolution procedures are being consigned to the legislative dustbin from 6 April 2009. They are to be replaced by a new version of the Acas Code of Practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures and a new non-binding Acas Guide.
