David Marks is a Partner in the Competition team at CMS Cameron McKenna.
David specialises in UK and EU competition law and the law of the EU single market in a range of sectors including lifesciences, energy and construction. He is regularly involved in the competition aspects of mergers and strategic alliances, energy and infrastructure projects and regularly advises on public procurement and commercial arrangements.
David is member of the legal committee of the Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) and of the Association of British Healthcare Industries (ABHI).

LLB Liverpool. LLM Exeter. Legal study years in France (Aix-en-Provence) and Germany (Tubingen/Dusseldorf).
