David Bresnick

David Bresnick is a partner in the Corporate group. He qualified in 1992 and became a partner in 1999. 

David specialises in M&A, corporate finance and private equity transactions. David heads the corporate department’s TMT group, and advises on a wide range of national and international transactions.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• Snacktime plc on its IPO on the AIM of this venture capital backed vending machine business
• Mediafurface plc on its IPO on AIM of this software business and subsequent acquisition programme
• DCS Group plc on the £25 million takeover (by scheme of arrangement) of this software business by Reynolds & Reynolds
• Advent International and their multi-jurisdictional co-investors on the landmark €730 million privatisation of the Bulgarian telecoms operator BTC and subsequent refinancing
• Estates & Agency Holdings plc on this £50 million recommended takeover
• CS Group plc on the buy and build programme of this AIM-listed software client and on its subsequent £50 million take private and sale
• Zenith Hygiene plc on Zenith’s entry to AIM and subsequent acquisition activity
• Beringea Private Equity on the MBO of Zenith Entertainment Group (TV production company)
• Jupiter Adria Ltd, an offshore property/leisure fund on three private funding rounds in anticipation of a future IPO
• Whereonearth Limited on the sale of this software business to Yahoo
