Dana Coey joined CMS Cameron McKenna in 2008. Her areas of specialisation are general commercial, crossborder transactions, intellectual property, product branding and labelling, in the context of the Consumer Products, Technology Media & Telecoms, and Lifesciences sectors. Having lived in CEE (Russia and Poland) for over 15 years, Dana has a specific focus on crossborder legal issues and emerging markets. She holds a Masters degree in Law from the University of Warsaw, where she specialised in Commercial and Regulatory law, as well as a Diploma in US Law from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. Dana is the author of numerous articles on a range of regulatory areas, notably including IP, product liability and product labelling. She is also the co-author of a specialist food law publication - the "A-Z of Food Law 2011".
Dana is a member of the Law Society's Food Law Group and works extensively with the International Bar Association's Communications Committee. A native speaker of English and Russian, Dana also speaks fluent Polish and conversational Spanish.
