Relevant experience includes advising on:

• Assessment of product classification and claims made in relation to products that fall between the medicinal product, medical device, cosmetic, food and food supplement borderlines
• Reviewing product claims and working together with clients in substantiating such claims
• Reviewing advertising and package label copy
• Offensive action against competitors’ advertising materials and product claims in terms of identifying weaknesses in the materials in question and recommending the most likely effective complaint channel (eg ASA, Trading Standards, MHRA)
• Issues/concerns raised by the ASA, trading standards and MHRA
