Chris Williams is a Partner in the Planning team within the Real Estate practice group, and a member of the Real Estate and Construction Sector group.
Chris is a specialist in Planning law, particularly major infrastructure projects, including environmental assessment, planning inquiries, and compulsory purchase of land.
Chris's work involves securing planning permission and all other consents necessary for development projects, including airports, city centre redevelopment, commercial mixed-use schemes and residential development. He also advises on preparation and negotiation of planning applications and agreements, design and architectural statements, strategic advice on large-scale projects, economic impact reports, highways and rail Orders.
