Caroline DeLaney is Head of the CMS Cameron McKenna Real Estate Disputes team.
She has extensive expertise in all types of real estate disputes including litigation, mediation and arbitration. These include landlord and tenant disputes such as rent reviews, breaches of covenants, statutory renewals of tenancies, forfeiture and termination of tenancies; insolvency; possession actions; claims under development agreements and other land contracts; rights of light and party wall issues; disputes relating to other easements and restrictive covenants, nuisance and trespass claims.
Caroline acts for a broad cross-section of clients including landlords, developers, government departments and local authorities.
Caroline is a member of the Property Litigation Association and is listed in both Chambers and Legal 500 legal directories as a leader in her field.
