Caroline Cummins is a construction lawyer and a specialist in dispute resolution.
Caroline has been a part of the specialist construction team at CMS Cameron McKenna since 1992, became a partner in 1996 and has been Head of Construction since 2006. She is recognised as a Leading Individual in the major Legal Directories.
Caroline has a wealth of experience, acting in a wide range of domestic and international construction, engineering and energy related claims. She has also developed an expertise in PFI/PPP disputes resolution. She strongly promotes ADR where appropriate and is an accredited mediator and adjudicator. Although increasingly she settles claims without recourse to formal proceedings, she is very experienced in the pursuit and defence of claims in arbitration, litigation and adjudication.
Caroline was Chairwoman of The Technology and Construction Solicitors Association (TeCSA) between 2004 and 2008.
