Cara Tetlow trained with the firm, gaining particular experience in the corporate, real estate and employment departments. She also spent a 6 month secondment at the Wellcome Trust. She was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales specialising in employment law in March 2009.
Cara's employment experience includes advising on the employment aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, advising on TUPE issues on outsourcing, drafting compromise agreements and negotiating termination of employment settlements, and drafting contracts of employment, employee handbooks and staff policies and procedures. Her litigation experience includes assisting with the handling of Employment Tribunal claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination.
Cara is a corporate member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
