Malgorzata Surdek has been elected to the Board of CMS Cameron McKenna LLP. Malgorzata is one of the three Board members from outside the UK, including Iain Batty and Paul Stallebrass, and is the third female member on the Board. She will serve for a four-year term.
Having joined the firm in 1996 based in Warsaw, Malgorzata has been involved in a number of firm initiatives including creating a commercial department in Warsaw, leading the Central and Eastern European Consumer Products sector group and now leads the Warsaw Dispute Resolution team and Warsaw Financial Institutions and Services team.
Malgorzata has been successful in numerous dispute resolution cases regarding, in particular, insurance claims, disputes with various market regulators, competition and public procurement litigation.
