CMS Cameron McKenna LLC has advised Abris Capital Partners, a European private equity firm, on its acquisition of a supermarket chain in Ukraine. The supermarket chain comprises 25 stores located in Western Ukraine.
CMS Cameron McKenna provided due diligence and advised on the structuring of the deal and supporting commercial agreements.
