The CMS Banking Masterclass is a series of four breakfast seminars that provides an in-depth overview of the documentation, structuring and restructuring of finance transactions. The course is tailored for junior to mid-level bankers and in-house counsel at banks that frequently deal with LMA documentation, Facility agreements and other standard agreements. The four modules aim to give a concise and practical overview of the common issues that arise in the current market practice in such transactions.

Participation is free and the modules can be taken in full or separately. The seminars organised at the CMS office in Palladium and take place from 9am to 11am including a Q&A session.

The seminars will be run by Czech and English qualified partners and senior associates of the CMS Prague and CEE Banking & Finance teams.

Thursday February 9 - the loan agreement

Thursday February 23 - security documentation and structures

Thursday March 8 - restructuring and enforcement
