Beata Barwińska, a Polish-qualified advocate, is an Of Counsel in CMS Cameron McKenna’s Warsaw Corporate Department.
She focuses on securitization transactions, capital markets deals, especially equity offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Her clients up to date include largest securitization and private equity funds, investment banks, bond issuers, financing arrangers, major corporations and capital groups. She represented clients in a number of financing transactions including mezzanine finance deals, acquisition finance, hedging deals and bond issues.
Prior to joining CMS Cameron McKenna, she worked with the Warsaw office of Weil, Gotshal and Manges, and other renowned international law firms, and also ran her own practice.
Beata graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź.
Beata is fluent in English and Russian.
