His practice also comprises white collar crimes, where Bartłomiej has unique experience of representing both companies and individuals (mainly board members) in different business related criminal proceedings in front of the Polish authorities. Vast majority of his and his BCL Team current practice concentrates on corruption and other FCPA related proceedings led in Poland and other CEE jurisdictions in connection with investigations pending in the USA.
His experience also covers representing parties in administrative and labour cases.
Bartłomiej is an arbitrator listed at the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
