Atanas Bangachev joined CMS in 2006. Before joining our team, he was Executive Director of the Privatisation Agency of the Republic of Bulgaria and legal advisor to the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Atanas is a Bulgarian-qualified lawyer specialising in Bulgarian privatisation, contract and corporate law.
Atanas was a member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and used to work as legal and tax consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax and Legal Consultants Bulgaria.
