Arkadiusz Michaliszyn, a Polish-qualified tax advisor, is a Partner and head of Tax team in CMS Cameron McKenna’s Warsaw Corporate Department.
He deals with all kinds of taxes applicable in Poland, i.e. direct and indirect taxes, social security obligations, customs duties and other public levies. Arkadiusz provides advice on tax issues arising in connection with transactions and in the development of effective tax structures. He also advises on tax issues relating to restructuring companies, mergers and acquisitions, as well as on transfer pricing.
Arkadiusz has participated in numerous tax proceedings, including proceedings conducted before administrative courts. He is the author of several publications on legal-tax issues.
The 2010 edition of The Legal 500 EMEA, a leading global guide to the legal profession, singles Arkadiusz out as a tax expert.
Arkadiusz graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Cracow.
