Arkadiusz Michaliszyn is Head of Tax in the Warsaw Corporate department.
He assists clients in all aspects of their taxation issues. In co-operation with the wider corporate department, Arkadiusz and his five-lawyer team provide tax-related advice as part of an integrated and comprehensive service including: tailor-made tax advice and innovative solutions to all tax problems, development of tax-efficient structures for corporate and finance transactions, including fiscal and legal structured finance engineering, implementing multi-jurisdictional surveys or transactions in co-operation with foreign tax advisors, performing tax due diligence and tax litigation.
Arkadiusz advised Bank Millennium on the tax structuring of a major real estate transaction and Grupa Lotos in connection with a US$1.75 billion loan agreement. His clients include Colgate Palmolive, CEWI, Deka, Faurecia Poland, leading financial institutions and multinationals.
