Anna Kobylańska is a Polish-qualified advocate and a Senior Associate in the IP/TMT Department of CMS Cameron McKenna in Warsaw.

Anna specialises in intellectual property law issues, particularly in copyrights issues, personal data protection and consumer law. Her experience includes advising on electronic commerce matters and on the use of intellectual property rights on the internet, including domain name disputes, social networking issues, and advertising on the internet.

Anna is recommended in Life Sciences by Chambers Europe. She has written a number of articles published in the legal press, and is the author of a book titled “The Protection of Trade Marks on the Internet”. She is also co-author of the books “Personal data protection in business practice” and “Protection of Trade Marks: Online Use and Anticybersquatting. A European Perspective”.

She speaks fluent English and also speaks French.

Education

Judge’s apprenticeship, 2007. University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration, 2003. Jagiellonian University, postgraduate studies on copyrights and related laws. Her master’s thesis was recognised as one of the best in a competition organised by the Commercial Law Review.
