Andy Atwell joined CMS Cameron McKenna’s Scottish employment team in 2010 and works within the firm’s Energy, Projects and Construction Group.

Since joining CMS, Andy has been acting for primarily employer clients mainly in the oil & gas industry advising on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. Andy has a particular interest in the employment aspects of corporate transactions, and has prepared and delivered training materials for client seminars.

Before joining CMS, Andy trained and qualified at a Corporate law firm in London, and specialised as an employment lawyer there for over two years acting for employer clients and executives in the manufacturing, financial services, and real estate sectors.
