Andrew Sheach

Andrew Sheach is a partner and head of CMS Cameron McKenna's UK corporate practice.

Andrew has over 20 years' experience advising on M&A and private equity transactions of all types and size. He has advised private equity houses on buy outs, take privates and exits across a wide range of industry sectors and has regularly advised corporates on transactions in particular in the energy and leisure sectors.   

Recent editions of both Legal 500 and Chambers have recommended Andrew as a leading lawyer in the private equity sector.   

Relevant experience includes advising:

• AAC Capital Partners on the £440 million sale of Park Resorts to GI Partners
• The management team on the sale of Welcome Break to an Investor consortium
• BP on the sale of its interest in the Forties field,Veba Oil & Gas GmbH and its stake in the Ormen Lange Gas field
• Talisman Energy on a number of projects including the acquisition of Intrepid Energy Alpha
• Luminar plc on its scheme of arrangement and return of capital to shareholders
