Andrew Kozlowski

Andrew Kozlowski is the managing partner of the firm's Warsaw office and was primarily responsible for its development and growth since its opening in 1995.

Andrew is a US qualified attorney and specialises in infrastructure project finance with an emphasis on the transportation and electricity generation sectors.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• An international consortium of companies successfully bidding on a concession to build, finance and operate a 152 km stretch of the A-1 motorway in Poland valued at over EUR1 billion
• A major European Utility on developing waste to energy plants throughout Poland
• Two European companies on two successful bids to acquire via the privatisation process two companies involved in electricity generation
