Ana Radnev

Ana Radnev is a Partner in the firms CEE Regional Banking Practice with experience in international and cross-border financing, advising both sponsors and lenders on acquisition, infrastructure and trade finance matters.

Ana has recently relocated to the Prague office from our London banking and finance team.

Ana has acted for a wide range of international clients (both banks and borrowers) in transactions across Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey and the Baltic countries.

Relevant experience includes advising:  

• Advent International on the leveraged buyout (including senior and mezzanine financing) of LaborMed Pharma, the largest independent generic pharmaceutical producer in Romania
• Advent International on the investment, financing, refinancing and exit from Terapia SA
• The borrower on financing for an acquisition and development project in the Russian Federation.   
• EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA on the acquisition of Capital SA (a Romanian advisory and brokerage group), DBG and Oresa on the exit from Flanco (a Romanian white goods retailer)
• Advent International on the acquisition of Dufa (a Romanian paint manufacturer)
• Citibank on the syndicated loan facility to Motoractive SA a car leasing company
• Citibank on a Partial Risk Guarantee issued by the World Bank in conjunction with the privatisation of two of the Romanian electricity distribution companies
