Amy Cunningham trained with the firm, gaining particular experience in the commercial litigation, corporate, tax and employment departments.
Amy was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in September 2007 specialising in employment law. She is now an Associate in the Employment team.
Her employment experience includes negotiating termination of employment settlements, drafting staff handbooks, advising on individual disciplinary and dismissal issues, and advising on TUPE issues and the employee aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Amy's litigation experience includes handling Employment Tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and part-time workers.
