Alison Woods

Alison Woods leads the firm's Scottish employment team and is based in our Aberdeen office. Alison has specialised in employment law since qualification, and has numerous years experience acting for employer and senior executive clients, advising on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

Alison has a particular interest in the oil and gas industry, and works closely with the firm's energy, projects and construction group. Alison is frequently involved in delivering seminars and training for a wide range of clients, and has generally built a reputation for providing timely, commercial, jargon-free advice.

Alison is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society of Scotland's Employment Law Group.
