Agnieszka Deeg

Agnieszka Deeg, admitted to the bar as a legal advisor, works as a Partner in Commercial practice in the Warsaw office of CMS Cameron McKenna.

Agnieszka is also the CEE coordinator of the Lifesciences sector group. Agnieszka is mainly responsible for pharmaceutical/healthcare practice. She has developed a unique expertise in all legal aspects of the pharmaceutical sector, including: patent litigation, product rights acquisition, distributorship agreements, parallel trade-related issues, reimbursement and pricing issues and product registration.

She is also experienced in the transactions specific for this industry. Agnieszka represents clients in many proceedings regarding qualification of dietary supplements, advice on clinical trials, and advertisement and promotion of medicinal products. She has also worked on the wording and implementation of the Ethical Code of Innovative Pharmaceutical Companies.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• On acquisitions of public companies
• On investment transactions of venture capital funds
• International financial institutions in the acquisition of Polish banks and leasing companies
• International financial institutions in MBO and LBO structures.
• A number of financial institutions and borrowers in the lending, debt securities issuance programmes, and finance lease transactions
