Adrian Wright

Adrian Wright is a partner in our Real Estate group.

Adrian has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of commercial property development, institutional investment and the acquisition, sale and letting (both for landlords and tenants) of all types of commercial property. He also advises on the real estate aspects of PFI and PPP projects and property finance transactions.   

Relevant experience includes advising: 

• RREEF on numerous acquisitions, lettings and disposals across all sectors for various RREEF funds
• Sainsbury's on the acquisition, development and letting of various supermarket sites
• Prudential on various disposals and lettings
• PFI/PPP Work on property aspects of various PFI/PPP transactions, including new schools projects in Norwich, Sheffield and Waltham Forest.
